SXSW moves fast, and this one didn’t slow down. Over three nights, NVE Experience Agency teamed up with Billboard to produce live shows featuring Kaskade, deadmau5, Eladio Carrion, and Feid, wrapping with the Doritos After Dark party and a DJ set from @djpee.wee.
I covered the shows on-site, capturing photo and social content as the crowds, sets, and performances unfolded. My focus was on the moments between the moments. Crowd energy, lights, movement, and reactions that made the nights feel electric. That content was shared in real time across social, keeping the momentum going even for people who weren’t there.
By publishing as it happened, the coverage helped extend the life of the concerts beyond the venue and into social feeds, reinforcing Billboard and Doritos’ presence during one of SXSW’s most saturated weeks.
